Job Summary:
- Require Australian Citizen, Security Clearance, & Driver’s License
- Experience with desktop support, server support, network, software & hardware installation and troubleshooting
- Active Directory (users, mailbox management), Operating system support (Windows 10 & 7, Linux, and other operating systems)
- Prior experience working in hardware break and fix, installation, desk-side software support, and service desk support.
- As a Field Engineer, you will Provide technical IT / Networking support to Data Centre’s / corporate client/s via telephone, email, walk-ins, and remotely.
Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in a Technical support environment performing fault investigation, and resolution
- Sound Cisco Networking Experience
- Experience troubleshooting HPE server’s
- Experience with desktop support, server support, hardware, network and software installation and troubleshooting
- Experience with supporting a corporate Windows and Linux environment
- Experience with supporting physical and virtual environments (Desktop and Servers)
- Active Directory (users, mailbox management)
- Software and Hardware diagnostic skills & repairs of PC’s& Laptop’s
